Antes dos suecos subirem ao palco, o p\u00fablico presenciou a banda paulista Genocidio, que atrav\u00e9s de seu death metal aqueceu o p\u00fablico e cumpriu com maestria o papel de abrir para o Amon Amarth. Um Carioca Club completamente lotado de f\u00e3s, muitos deles munidos com seus drinking horns de hidromel, todos em \u00eaxtase aguardando a banda. Quando o rel\u00f3gio marcou 20h, o Amon Amarth subiu ao palco ao som the Father of the Wolf do \u00faltimo \u00e1lbum Deceiver of the Gods, e logo em seguida, emendou com a m\u00fasica t\u00edtulo desse \u00e1lbum. A performance da banda foi impec\u00e1vel em todas as m\u00fasicas decorrentes, o vocalista Johan Hegg foi um destaque no palco, sempre interagindo com os f\u00e3s e demonstrando muita satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o com a enorme energia do p\u00fablico brasileiro. N\u00e3o cansou de saudar a plateia e disse que o p\u00fablico presente fez o dia deles. A ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o do palco era escura, mas tudo providenciado para entrar no clima proposto. O show prosseguiu com m\u00fasicas que abrangeram seus diversos trabalhos e n\u00e3o decepcionaram o p\u00fablico. Fizeram parte do show m\u00fasicas como Guardians of Asgaard, Varyags of Miklagaard, Destroyer of the Universe e Cry of the black Birds. Johan brindou com os demais integrantes com a bebida Underberg e logo anunciou que o show estava no fim ap\u00f3s a m\u00fasica War of the Gods. A banda se retirou do palco, mas o p\u00fablico gritou forte, pois sabiam que a banda n\u00e3o poderiam encerrar o show sem dois grandes cl\u00e1ssicos. E logo em seguida a banda voltou com Twilight of the Thunder God e The Pursuit of Vikings. Essa \u00faltima, os f\u00e3s participaram freneticamente, cantando a m\u00fasica do in\u00edcio ao fim e o refr\u00e3o foi cantado apenas pelos f\u00e3s em un\u00edssono, deixando Johan completamente extasiado com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o. De forma majestosa, 1 hora e meia depois do in\u00edcio do show, Johan Hegg, Olavi Mikkonen, Ted Lundstr\u00f6m, Johan S\u00f6derberg e Fredrik Andersson agradeceram e deixaram o palco, sendo que o vocalista Johan ainda ficou um tempo a mais agradecendo os f\u00e3s.
